The SBI Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) recruitment — the 'SBI Clerk' — uses the same scanning guidelines as SBI PO. Advertisement CRPD/CR/2026-27/17 asks for four jpg/jpeg images: a passport-style colour photograph of 200 × 230 pixels at 20–50 KB, a signature of 140 × 60 pixels at 10–20 KB, a left thumb impression of 240 × 240 pixels at 20–50 KB, and a hand-written declaration of 800 × 400 pixels at 50–100 KB, all scanned at 200 dpi.
As with PO, the pixel dimensions are described as 'preferred' while the file-size bands are enforced. The advertisement states that a signature or hand-written declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall not be accepted, and the declaration text differs slightly from the PO wording (the date of birth sits in a different place) — copy the wording from the advertisement you are applying under.
