SBI PO 2026 photo, signature, thumb impression and declaration upload requirements
SBI's Probationary Officer application (Advertisement CRPD/PO/2026-27/09) asks for four scanned images, each in jpg/jpeg with its own pixel size and file-size band: a passport-style colour photograph of 200 × 230 pixels at 20–50 KB, a signature of 140 × 60 pixels at 10–20 KB, a left-hand thumb impression of 240 × 240 pixels at 20–50 KB, and a hand-written declaration of 800 × 400 pixels at 50–100 KB. The advertisement calls the pixel dimensions 'preferred'; the file-size bands are the limits the portal enforces.
The usual failure is a file outside its band — a phone photo of several megabytes, or a signature scanned at 300 dpi that comes out at 80 KB. The advertisement also rejects specific content: caps, hats and dark glasses in the photo (religious headwear is allowed if it does not cover the face), and a signature or declaration written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
