Merging, reordering, rotating and splitting are the same job: choose pages, put them in an order, sometimes turn them. Every other online PDF tool splits these into separate uploads, so rotating a page in a merged file means exporting, re-uploading, and handing your document over twice. Here the file is opened once and every operation composes before you download anything.

Why in-browser matters more for documents
Photo tools that upload are an inconvenience. Document tools that upload are a disclosure: contracts, bank statements, medical letters and signed agreements are exactly the files people are asked to merge and split. - Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

- Can I merge several PDFs and reorder pages at the same time?
- Yes. Add as many PDFs as you like, then drag any page anywhere — including between documents. Most tools make you merge first, download, then re-upload to reorder. Here it is one step.
- Can I rotate only some pages?
- Yes. Select the pages you want and rotate just those. With nothing selected, rotating applies to every page — the usual case when a whole scan came in sideways.
- How do I split a PDF into separate files?
- Enter how many pages each part should contain and download the result as a ZIP. To pull out specific pages instead, type a range such as 1-3, 7 and export the selection as a new PDF.
- Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
- PDFs that are only permission-flagged open normally. A PDF that needs a password to open cannot be read — open it in your PDF reader with the password, save an unprotected copy, then use that.
- Is the quality reduced?
- No. Pages are copied across intact, not re-rendered or re-compressed, so text stays selectable and images keep their original quality. Only the pages you asked to change are changed.
